Witchery ships to most international locations with complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $100 for Witchery Reward Members. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however, during busy sale periods and over weekends there may be a small delay in dispatching your order.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional for Standard deliveries but a requirement for Same Day deliveries. Orders with Same Day delivery cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery
Standard Delivery If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.
Same Day Delivery Authority To Leave is a requirement for Same Day delivery, however if it is determined that it is not safe to leave the goods or delivery is unable to be effected for any other reason, your parcel will be returned to us and Customer Service will contact you regarding your order.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
If there is an issue fulfilling your Same Day delivery order, you will be contacted via phone. If we are unable to reach you to resolve your order, we reserve the right to convert your order to Standard delivery with Authority To Leave. In this case, the Same Day delivery freight charge will be refunded to you.

For international orders placed through eShopWorld, Gold & Silver tier free shipping will not apply. To utilise your free shipping benefit, select your delivery country as "other" through the drop down menu in the website header or when prompted upon arrival to our website. This will not take you through the eShopWorld checkout, allowing freight incentives to apply. See the below section “International Deliveries” for more information about eShopWorld.

Tracking Your Order
For the most up to date information on the status of your order, you can log into your Account, and go to ‘My Orders’ to view live status updates. When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please call toll free 1 800 033 465 (AU), 0800 300 034 (NZ), or +61 3 9267 1681 (outside of Australia), so that we may assist you. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (AEST).
Authority to Leave ‘ATL’
By selecting the box "Authority to Leave" you hereby authorise us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery ("ATL delivery"). If you select to receive your parcel via ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that only confirmation of delivery by the delivery driver (engaged directly or indirectly by Witchery) will be obtained, in order to satisfy proof of delivery. To the extent permissible by law, Witchery and its related entities disclaim all warranties and liabilities in relation to the delivery of the parcel. Unless otherwise required by law, Witchery will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if being delivered via ATL delivery. ATL delivery must be selected for Same Day Delivery Service. By selecting ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery driver maintains the right to only leave the parcel at your shipping address if they deem the property safe to do so.

Click & Collect
Our free Click & Collect service is available at most stand-alone Witchery stores near you. Simply pick and pay for your product via the website and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready.
In the unlikely event that we can’t complete your Click & Collect order, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the unavailable item/s and we’ll send a refund to your original payment method. If you have not collected your order after 14 days, we'll need to void your items and issue you with a refund.
Why are there two different time-frames for Click & Collect?
Items that are available for Click & Collect within 8 business hours are already in-stock in-store. Items that are available within 3-8 business days* are sent from our warehouse to your preferred store, free-of-charge, for you to then book for collection at your convenience.
Select a Click & Collect store location during the checkout to be notified of your specific order timeframe.
Please Note this service may not be available or may experience slight delays during high promotional events, and is only available from our Australian and New Zealand sites.
Pre-Order
On occasion, we offer pre-order items. This allows customers to secure an online purchase while stock is on its way.
Please read the product description carefully to ensure you’re happy to wait for the expected arrival date. Here you will also find the estimated arrival date of the pre-order. This date is an expected delivery date only, and may vary due to elements out of Witchery’s control. Witchery will ship pre-order items as a priority once stock has arrived to our warehouse.
You will be charged at time of placing a pre-order. Pre-orders cannot be exchanged before delivery. If you would like to cancel your order, please call us on 1800 033 465.
Same day delivery and Click & Collect are not available on pre-order items.
If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, this order will be split and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.
You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed, and a follow up confirmation email when your items are shipped.
Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping & contact information up-to-date to ensure shipment of pre-orders are delivered to the correct address. Please call us on 1800 033 465 to update your details.

Split Orders
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details.
No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.

Please Note Orders with Same Day delivery will not be split.
International Deliveries
If you would like to deliver your parcel to a country outside Australia please visit our New Zealand or International websites.
When you first visit witchery.com, you will be asked to confirm your preferred delivery country. If at any time you wish to change this settings, you can choose from the dropdown within the top header of the site (NOTE: this will clear your shopping bag).
To shop, add items to your shopping bag, and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to check out.
