Personalisation is available on selected Third-Party Seller product. The number of characters for personalisation available is dependent on the Third-Party Seller product. Please see the Third-Party Seller product for more details.
Online
Personalisation of selected Third-Party Seller product is available online at witchery.com.au, witchery.co.nz, witchery.com.
In-store
Please note that Third-Party Seller products, or personalisation of these products is not available in Witchery stores.
Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details submitted are correct, including correct spelling, font type and colours.
Witchery will not be held responsible if the customer provides incorrect information.
Once a personalisation order is placed, this order is final and Witchery is unable to amend any orders.
Delivery
Personalised product will take approximately 3-6 business days depending on the Third-Party Seller’s processing and dispatch timeframes.
If your order contains non-personalised items, please consider ordering them separately to ensure a faster delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods.
Normal delivery fees apply.
Returns
Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for a change of mind.
